• 2T olive oil
  • juice from 3 limes
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2T honey
  • 1T corriander
  • 1T chipotle chili pepper
  • 1T cumin


  1. Place all ingredients & desired meat into a resealable plastic bag or covered bowl. Marinate for 1 hour up to 2 days.

This marinade is fantastic on chicken or fish. Once cooked, cut meat up into strips & toss on a salad, or in tortillas with a bit of ranch dressing, cabbage & pico de gallo for a twist on standard tacos.
