• 1T olive oil
  • 1 medium onion halved, and thinly sliced
  • 1 lb of fresh green beans, washed & ends trimmed
  • 3 oz reduced fat Feta cheese


Over medium heat, add oil & onions in a large skillet. Saute onions until carmelized. Add green beans & cover, shaking occasionally to prevent burning. Top with feta cheese & cover for 1-2 minutes, until feta is melted.
