- The program will launch August 29th through September 8th. This is when you’ll present the info to your network. After September 8th, no one will be able to sign up. Enrollment will be closed.
- The Program will start Monday, September 11th, and run through November 6th.

What it is:
Users who sign up for the program will receive:
- Access to daily lessons via Teachable. Each week participants will receive a daily habit to practice for two weeks, and daily lessons that will support the functionality behind that habit
- Support and accountability through a Private, Closed Facebook Group. Within the Facebook group, users will report in on whether they’ve completed the habits, and receive support for any questions/obstacles/barriers they may have.
- Activity Guide and Workouts through the private membership site, Health with Friends. Full length (20-ish minutes) videos that are prompted with proper exercise form, and modifications for many injuries, or printable PDFs to workout on her own (for both timed or self-paced gym-based workouts).
- Eating Guide for all phases of the program, and appropriate Recipes accessible through the membership site, Health with Friends.
- Weekly Group Coaching events where participants will receive support for questions/obstacles/barriers they may have.
