And it may not make sense why we’re talking about boundaries when we’re talking about our health, especially in the context of our weight loss goals.  However, in the process of growing into the person who finds maintaining her weight effortless, establishing boundaries is a crucial skill so that other people’s needs and wants don’t get in the way of our success.
