Southwestern Chicken Taco Salad


  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped grilled boneless chicken breast
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium red onion, vertically sliced
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen
  • avocado (optional as garnish)
  • Southwestern Salad Dressing


To prepare the salad, combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss to coat. Serve Immediately
