I’m Elizabeth Sherman, a Master Certified Life & Health Coach who helps midlife women feel good in their bodies again—without dieting, punishing themselves, or trying to follow plans that never survive real life.
Like many of the women I work with, I spent years trying to “do it right.” I counted, tracked, measured, and pushed… and still ended up feeling guilty and discouraged. It wasn’t until I shifted my focus from rules to self-trust that everything changed.
