Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peeled, julienned jicama
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced on the bias
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 oranges, cut into suprêmes
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into 8 lengthwise
  • 2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp ancho or cayenne powder, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • Kosher salt

Directions:

In a medium glass bowl, combine the jicama, onion, oranges, jalapenos, lime juice, chili powder, and basil. Season to taste with salt. Store in a covered container, in the refrigerator, no more than 1 day.
