I’m Elizabeth Sherman, an Master Certified Life & Health Coach who helps high-achieving women in midlife close the knowing-doing gap, without dieting, shame, or perfection.
My work is systems-based and neuroscience-informed. I don’t “fix” women. I help you see what’s actually in the way (stress load, capacity, boundaries, old diet rules, and the invisible expectations you’ve carried for years) so you can build health habits that hold up in real life.

Why can’t I stick to healthy habits in midlife even though I know what to do?
Because knowledge isn’t the problem anymore. In midlife, capacity changes - sleep is more fragile, hormones are shifting, stress hits harder, and your life load is heavier. Most health strategies assume unlimited bandwidth and a predictable body. When those assumptions don’t hold, follow-through looks like a personal failure. It isn’t. This Audit identifies where your current approach is breaking down so you can stop blaming yourself and start making decisions that actually work.
Is this a meal plan or a diet?
No. I don’t provide meal plans, diets, macro targets, or food rules. This is a diagnostic. It shows you why plans haven’t been sticking and what needs to change upstream (capacity, boundaries, stress load, environment, and expectations) so you can decide how you want to eat in a way that fits your life.
What if my life is too busy right now?
That’s exactly who this is for. The Audit isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about understanding what’s already on it, and why trying to “do everything right” keeps backfiring. The outcome is clarity and prioritization, not a longer to-do list.
Will this help with cravings, sleep issues, and brain fog?
Yes - by identifying what’s contributing to them. Cravings, 3 a.m. wake-ups, brain fog, and low energy are treated as signals, not character flaws. The Audit looks at stress load, recovery, eating patterns, and environment so you can address the drivers instead of just managing symptoms.
What if the Audit suggests I need medical support?
If your responses raise “check engine lights” that are outside my scope, I’ll name that clearly and encourage you to discuss it with your physician. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or recommend supplements. The Audit can help you walk into that conversation informed and grounded.
Is this a good fit if I’m considering (or already using) GLP-1s or HRT?
Yes. This Audit doesn’t replace medical care - it complements it.
