About Elizabeth Sherman

I'm a Master Certified Life and Health Coach based in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. I work as a preferred vendor at several retreat centers and resorts throughout the Riviera Maya, and I deliver integration sessions for retreats virtually worldwide.

I've also hosted my own retreats — which means I know what it costs to build one. The planning, the holding of the space, the hope that what you've created actually lands for people. I know what it feels like when it does, and I know the quiet worry about what happens when your guests go home.

That's why I built this work. Not as an add-on, but as the part that makes everything else you've created matter longer.

My work is built on one idea: insight without implementation fades. This session makes sure it doesn't.

Common Questions

A few things people usually ask.

What if I am already back home when I sign up?

That is completely fine. All three sessions can happen via Zoom. The first session works just as well in the days right after you return — the retreat is still fresh enough to do the most important work.

How far apart are the sessions?

Session 1 happens at or right after the retreat. Session 2 is about 2–3 weeks later, once you have been home long enough to see what is actually happening. Session 3 is 4–6 weeks after that. The spacing is intentional — it mirrors real life, not an ideal version of it.

Is this therapy or health coaching?

Coaching. We are not looking at the past — we are looking at what you want to do next and what is getting in the way. Elizabeth is a Master Certified coach with specialized training in health and behavior change. She is not a therapist or a medical provider.

What if I want to keep working together after the three sessions?

Many women do. Elizabeth works with clients in longer-term programs when the fit is right. If that is relevant, she will talk with you about options at the end of session three — no pressure, no pitch in advance.

I have tried things like this before and slipped back. Why would this be different?

Most integration attempts fail because they are too vague or too ambitious for real life. This program is specifically built to be realistic — we look at your actual schedule, your actual obstacles, and your actual habits. Not an ideal version of you. The version that has a busy Tuesday and a complicated Wednesday.
