Ingredients:
- 2T olive oil
- juice from 3 limes
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2T honey
- 1T corriander
- 1T chipotle chili pepper
- 1T cumin
Directions:
- Place all ingredients & desired meat into a resealable plastic bag or covered bowl. Marinate for 1 hour up to 2 days.
This marinade is fantastic on chicken or fish. Once cooked, cut meat up into strips & toss on a salad, or in tortillas with a bit of ranch dressing, cabbage & pico de gallo for a twist on standard tacos.
