• 1T chunky peanut butter
  • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 oz soy nuts
  • 1 tub Fat Free CoolWhip


  1. Microwave peanut butter for 15 to 20 seconds to warm. Add 1T CoolWhip & mix with Peanut Butter.
  2. Add small amount of water (1-2 oz) to protein powder & stir to create a “syrup-like” texture (thinner than a paste, but not runny). Combine soy nuts, peanut butter mixture and protein powder mixture. Fold in remaining CoolWhip.
  3. Distribute evenly in lined muffin tin. Freeze.

Makes 12 cups.
