Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups chopped grilled boneless chicken breast
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 medium red onion, vertically sliced
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 cup whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen
- avocado (optional as garnish)
- Southwestern Salad Dressing
Directions:
To prepare the salad, combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss to coat. Serve Immediately
