Ingredients:
- 1 cup peeled, julienned jicama
- ¼ cup green onion, sliced on the bias
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 oranges, cut into suprêmes
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into 8 lengthwise
- 2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp ancho or cayenne powder, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Kosher salt
Directions:
In a medium glass bowl, combine the jicama, onion, oranges, jalapenos, lime juice, chili powder, and basil. Season to taste with salt. Store in a covered container, in the refrigerator, no more than 1 day.
