What if weight loss wasn’t hard?

What if the reason that weight loss was difficult was because you were following the rules for someone else? The rules for someone else’s body?

You’ve probably heard that weight loss isn’t a one-sized-fits-all approach, but what does that really mean?

It means that most diets and exercise plans are designed for the masses: 50% men, 50% women, and all with normal hormones.

But as women age, our hormones change to accommodate our body entering a new stage of life.

As a nutritionist, personal trainer, life coach, and fellow woman smack dab in the center of mid-life and menopause, I offer a proven process grounded in the science of not only the body and what techniques and approaches work best, but also brain science so that you can understand why the cupcake is more desirable than the carrot.

I had to figure the exercise piece, the eating piece, and the mindset piece on my own through research and then putting it all together because no one understood.

Fortunately, my clients have me.

Many of them are frustrated with the amount of money that they’ve spent on diets, gym memberships and exercise programs, beauty treatments all promising to change their lives.

And maybe those techniques work for a while … until they don’t.

They think that there’s something wrong with their body because it’s not responding the way that it’s ‘supposed to‘ and therefore there’s something inherently wrong with them. There’s something wrong with their body.

There’s nothing wrong with your body.

But there may be something wrong with the way that you think about your body.

What I offer my clients through life and weight loss coaching is the practical science behind what to do and the brain science to keep you consistent so that you’re successful in your goals.

Working with me will show you how to use all of those past weight loss failures as stepping stones to be successful once and for all. We will use those experiences to lift you up, instead of bringing you down.

With me as your coach, you’ll become confident in your body, and totally change your relationship food so that it no longer has power over you. You’ll be certain of your ability to walk into any social situation, have a great time, and not feel like you’ve ruined all of your hard work. Your relationship with your body, food, and exercise will be transformed because you’ll be eating and exercising from a place of self-acceptance versus ‘not good enough’.

When you work with me, we will have not only re-designed what you do to be healthy, but also why you’re doing it so that you can feel great in your body & never have to follow someone else’s rules again.

You’re a great fit if:

  • You know what to do; you’re just not doing it.
  • Even though you eat right & exercise, you’re just not seeing the results that you think you should.
  • You’re frustrated that other people can find success when you keep trying and trying yet the scale doesn’t budge.
  • You don’t like what you see in the mirror – or on the scale.
