What if the reason that weight loss was difficult was because you were following the rules for someone else? The rules for someone else’s body?
You’ve probably heard that weight loss isn’t a one-sized-fits-all approach, but what does that really mean?
It means that most diets and exercise plans are designed for the masses: 50% men, 50% women, and all with normal hormones.
But as women age, our hormones change to accommodate our body entering a new stage of life.
As a nutritionist, personal trainer, life coach, and fellow woman smack dab in the center of mid-life and menopause, I offer a proven process grounded in the science of not only the body and what techniques and approaches work best, but also brain science so that you can understand why the cupcake is more desirable than the carrot.
I had to figure the exercise piece, the eating piece, and the mindset piece on my own through research and then putting it all together because no one understood.
