I'm Elizabeth
I’m Elizabeth Sherman, a Master Certified Life & Health Coach who helps midlife women build healthy habits that actually fit their real lives, not some imaginary version where weekends don’t exist.
For years, I couldn’t understand why I could eat so well Monday through Thursday but completely lose my footing on the weekends. I kept trying to force my weekday structure onto Friday, Saturday, and Sunday… and I kept failing. The more I tried to control my weekend eating, the worse it got.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to shove weekday rules into a weekend rhythm, and started paying attention to the needs behind my choices. The moment I addressed the need (rest, comfort, stimulation, reward, connection) instead of trying to control the food, my entire weekend experience changed.
