I’m Elizabeth Sherman, a Master Certified Life & Health Coach who works with midlife women who are tired of feeling behind, overwhelmed, or defeated by health advice that never seems to apply to their real lives.

I know that feeling well. For years, I made beautiful meal plans I couldn’t stick to. I thought I needed to home-cook every meal in order to be 'healthy'. So, I tried to force myself through complicated recipes, rigid routines, and “perfect” plans that required way more time and energy than I actually had. When they inevitably fell apart, I assumed the problem was me - not the structure I was trying to live inside.

Everything shifted when I stopped trying to be the ideal version of myself and started planning based on who I was that week - my schedule, my energy, my mood, my capacity. That’s when meal planning stopped feeling like a test and started feeling like support.

Now, through my coaching services, and the Total Health in Midlife podcast, I teach women how to create sustainable, compassionate health habits that honor their real lives.
