My Path was Far from Straight

I found myself paralyzed by fear.

I want you to know, I didn’t always have it figured out. My path to where I am today was far from straight.

I struggled too.

For years, I was inconsistent with my eating. I followed fad diets that drained my confidence, and signed up for gym memberships that went unused and only lightened my wallet.

For a while, I could blame my inconsistency on my busy travel schedule. As an executive for a software company I was under tons of stress. But even after I switched careers as a health coach, although I was working in a gym and still desired to get my health habits under control, there were still months that I didn’t even lift a weight and I was consistently overeating.

I sought out all of the diet and exercise information that was available to me. I thought that knowledge would give me the results that I so desired.

I learned everything I could.

Yet observing my behaviors from the outside? You'd think I was completely unaware - even as a trainer & coach.

So what changed for me? What turned me into an "Intuitive Eater"? Someone who rarely overeats and rarely misses a workout? What allowed me to throw away all of my scales, ditch the logging tools, and still maintain a lean physique? What was the switch that flipped that took me from the restrict-binge-repent loop, to being able to travel, eat out, and go to parties, without stressing out before hand or feeling like I needed to atone the next day?


I cut the crap, and got real with myself. I realized that no one was coming to save me, and there wasn’t any magic pill or nutrition hack that I could uncover that would allow me to defy the law of calories in versus calories out (aka: Science!). I started doing things that made me feel good; like, not just good in the moment, but good for my soul. And I started to encourage my clients to do the same.

During this process, I realized that my weight had nothing to do with what I ate, or how I exercised. I’d been looking for my dream body in the wrong place. I started journaling, and helping my clients to do the same. Through that process, it became easy to make the transformation.

You see, we humans like to make everything harder than it needs to be. Not to mention that "simple" doesn't sell diet books, coaching, and exercise programs. The health and fitness industry thrives because there is so much conflicting and confusing advice available. We have been conditioned via the media and health gurus to believe that success is a struggle, it's complex, and we have to slave away to make things "happen."

Girl, it doesn't have to be that way.

Getting the body you desire doesn't have to be a struggle. And it doesn't have to be an either/or situation between being happy by having the life you desire, and the body you want at the same time.

About the Course and Why you Need It!

The Intentionally You Project is a 4-week online course taught exclusively by Elizabeth Sherman, Executive Health Coach. The course is intentionally designed to give you the solutions you are looking for when it comes to ascending to the next level in your health -- Information that is results-driven.

Rather than throwing a ton of diet and exercise information at you (that, frankly, you probably already know), Elizabeth teaches you EXACTLY what you need to know to shift your understanding to finally get consistent with your health. It's simple, easy-to-digest, and taught using modern-day language. This is THE COURSE, that will get you unstuck, and motivated, and the RESULTS you DESERVE.

Each module is taught in a LIVE (yes, live!!!) setting via a livestream Zoom call in a closed Facebook group once per week. The recordings, along with related homework are then sent out to members of the course via email. Lifetime access to every module is given to members at the end of the 4 weeks.

When does the course start?

The first round of The Intentionally You Project begins on January 26th with the very first live call and module release.

What happens after I hit the sign up button for IYP?

As soon as you sign up for IYP, you will get a welcome email inviting you to the private IYP ONLY students Facebook group. You will also receive a schedule of all the trainings including the exclusive Q&A calls.

Every single call is recorded so if your time zone does not allow you to be on a live call, or you're unable to make a call, you will still get all the same content. Students often find that even when their question doesn't get answered due to missing a Q&A call, someone else either has asked the question, or they end up getting the answer via support from the Facebook group.

What do I get in the course?

You will get access to four 60-90 minute modules that each come with a weekly workbook. The workbooks contain transformational homework that is done outside of sessions, completely private to you, and guaranteed to take your knowledge to the next level. THIS is where you learn how to get unstuck.
