Women's Book Club

I had an idea & as I started talking about it with my clients and friends, everyone started to get super excited. So, I'm doing it. I've started a Book Club. Sign up to get the details.

Why a Book Club?

I read a TON of really great books & I'm constantly sharing them with my clients. Most of the books aren't health related, but are personal development books that for sure influence things like: self-esteem, happiness, keeping ourselves small, getting rid of the judgment that we perceive from others, and standing up for ourselves.

One could make the argument that all of these things, in fact, influence our health. Anyway, that said, I don't have all the details yet. As I get them, I'll send email notification about the details.

Here's what I know:

  • The books will all be personal development related, and may or may not directly be related to health. Many books will focus on empowering you as a woman & have a feminist/equality focus.
  • Some books will span multiple meetings. Meetings will be held every 2 weeks. Date/Time: TBD
  • This is a free book club.
  • We'll Start in March 2022. Signing up here today does not commit you to anything.
