I know this struggle intimately - the late-night pantry raids, the “just one bite” that turns into half the bag, the morning promises that today will be different.

I love food (especially sweets) but I hated feeling out of control. I either had to eat it all or keep it out of the house entirely. I even made rules for what my partner could bring into the house, because I was afraid I’d eat it.

I poll the group as we enroll and choose the time that best fits early sign-ups. Historically, mid-week midday works best across time zones. If you can’t attend live, you’ll have the replay and support between calls.

I hear you! Weight loss may be part of what you want. You’ve probably been on programs that promised big numbers fast, only for the results to disappear. While the primary goal of Beyond Overeating is to help you stop overeating, most women do see the scale move as a natural side effect.
