Stop Overeating
in 9 Weeks

Stop overeating and reclaim your power over food.
Without restriction or deprivation.

Feeling satisfied after meals shouldn't be a constant struggle.

Yet for many of us, it is. We eat more than we need, feel guilty, and then repeat the cycle. But what if there was a way to feel in control around food, without deprivation or strict rules? A way to truly enjoy your meals while naturally eating just enough?

The unrelenting battle with food is exhausting, isn't it? You start each day determined to 'be good,' only to find yourself overeating again by evening. It's not your fault. Our bodies are designed to fight against restriction, and years of dieting have likely thrown your natural hunger signals out of whack. But here's the thing: you don't have to live this way forever.

About

I know this struggle intimately. For years, I was caught in the same cycle of overeating and guilt. I'd start each day with the best intentions, only to find myself over-indulging in chocolate covered almonds by evening, wondering where my willpower had gone.

It took me 18 months of trial and error to finally break free from this cycle. What I discovered was revolutionary: overeating isn't just about food—it's deeply connected to habit and our inner dialog.

That's why I've developed a unique approach that will shorten your timeframe because it tackles both sides of the equation:

  1. We'll work on practical strategies to manage your eating habits, like using the hunger scale and planning meals mindfully.
  2. At the same time, we'll address your self-talk that often drives us to overeat in the first place.

This approach is what sets 'Beyond Overeating' apart.  I combine elements of intuitive and mindful eating, but go beyond them. While we do work on developing a better relationship with food and your body, we also focus on the underlying emotional and psychological factors that drive overeating.

Elizabeth Sherman

Master Certified Life & Health Coach

'Beyond Overeating' is specifically designed for women in midlife, addressing the unique challenges and hormonal changes you may be experiencing.

I won't promise overnight success—remember, it took me 18 months to fully master these skills - but I can promise that in just 9 weeks, you'll have all the tools you need to achieve food freedom.

What's Possible...

Imagine waking up each day feeling in control of your eating habits, free from the guilt and shame that once plagued you. This is the reality for women who have mastered the tools in this program.

After completing this 9-week journey, you'll:

  • Feel confident in your ability to listen to your body's hunger and fullness cues
  • Enjoy meals without obsessing over calories or portion sizes
  • Have strategies to cope with emotions without turning to food
  • Experience more energy and joy in your daily life

But don't just take my word for it. Here's what Julie has to say:

"I didn't think these methods would work! And yet, here I am, down 30 lbs! But it's not just about the weight. I've learned to trust myself around food. Now, I can confidently say, 'I can eat whatever I want!' without guilt. I've gained tools that I continue to carry with me, changing how I think about health and eating."

Julie's journey shows that transformative change is possible, even if you're skeptical at first. She learned to manage emotional eating, incorporate enjoyable movement into her life, and break free from the cycle of "diet trauma."

Like Julie, you too can transform your relationship with food and reclaim your power over eating. This program isn't about drastic measures or quick fixes. It's about building sustainable habits and trust in yourself.

Ready to start your own transformation story? Join us for this 9-week Beyond Overeating program and discover what's possible when you learn to trust yourself and your body.

How does your approach differ from intuitive eating or mindful eating programs?

My approach combines elements of intuitive and mindful eating, but goes beyond them. While we do work on developing a better relationship with food and your body, we also focus on the underlying emotional and psychological factors that drive overeating. My program is specifically designed for women in midlife, addressing the unique challenges and hormonal changes you may be experiencing. We work on practical strategies to implement in your daily life, not just theories or concepts. Plus, you get the added benefit of group support and accountability, which can be crucial for lasting change.

Will I lose weight during this program, or is it solely focused on stopping overeating?

The primary focus of this program is to help you stop overeating and develop a healthier relationship with food. That said, many women do experience weight loss as a natural consequence of addressing their overeating habits. However, I want to emphasize that this isn't a quick-fix diet or weight loss program. We're working on sustainable, long-term changes that will benefit your overall health and well-being. If weight loss is a goal for you, we can certainly address that as part of your individual journey within the program.

What happens after the 9 weeks if I still struggle with overeating?

It's important to understand that overcoming overeating is a process, and everyone's journey is different. The 9-week program gives you a strong foundation and toolkit to work with, but it's normal to have ongoing challenges. After the program, you have several options:

  1. You can continue to apply the strategies you've learned independently.
  2. If you feel you need more intensive support, we can discuss options for one-on-one coaching.

Keep in mind that progress isn't always linear. The skills you learn in these 9 weeks will serve you for a lifetime, even if you face setbacks along the way.

How do I know this program will work for me if other programs haven't?

I understand your skepticism, especially if you've tried other programs without success. What sets this program apart is its comprehensive approach. We don't just focus on food – we dive deep into the emotional and psychological aspects of overeating. The program is tailored to women in midlife, addressing specific challenges you may be facing.

Moreover, the group format provides accountability and support that many other programs lack. You're not doing this alone – you're part of a community of women facing similar challenges.

Lastly, my personal experience overcoming overeating informs my approach. I've been where you are, hiding the evidence of my eating. I know the shame and frustration firsthand, and I've developed strategies that work in real life, not just in theory.

Can I expect to feel a significant difference in my relationship with food by the end of the program?

Yes, you can expect to see significant changes in your relationship with food by the end of the 9 weeks. Many participants report feeling more in control around food, having less anxiety about eating, and experiencing fewer episodes of overeating.

You'll likely notice that you're more attuned to your body's hunger and fullness cues. You may find yourself naturally choosing foods that make you feel good, rather than eating out of habit or emotion.

However, it's important to note that everyone's journey is unique. Some women experience dramatic shifts quickly, while for others, change is more gradual. What I can promise is that if you fully engage with the program, you'll have a new set of tools and a fresh perspective on your relationship with food by the end of the 9 weeks.

When will the group coaching calls for Beyond Overeating be held?

This means you'll get a say in the schedule, ensuring it fits your life and routine. Sign up early to have your preferences considered!
