I’m Elizabeth Sherman, a Master Certified Life & Health Coach who helps midlife women create health habits that actually last - without dieting, perfectionism, or trying to force themselves into routines that don’t fit their lives anymore.
Nighttime eating was my biggest struggle for years. I’d be “good” all day, only to undo everything the second the house got quiet. I thought it was a discipline issue… until I learned that it was a habit loop, fueled by stress, depletion, and unmet needs. Once I stopped trying to overpower it and started understanding it, everything shifted.
