- 1T chunky peanut butter
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 1 oz soy nuts
- 1 tub Fat Free CoolWhip
- Microwave peanut butter for 15 to 20 seconds to warm. Add 1T CoolWhip & mix with Peanut Butter.
- Add small amount of water (1-2 oz) to protein powder & stir to create a “syrup-like” texture (thinner than a paste, but not runny). Combine soy nuts, peanut butter mixture and protein powder mixture. Fold in remaining CoolWhip.
- Distribute evenly in lined muffin tin. Freeze.
