Health Coaching: One on One

I coach clients who need some one on one guidance. We are all busy people. We don’t have time to mess around. I will help you with the challenges we all face in our day-to-day lives. Because of our fast paced lives, it becomes more and more critical that we create sustainable habits that are simple; so that we don’t have to think about what to do next. It will come automatically. I will work with you to help you learn the tools and strategies on nutrition, exercise, and mindset so that you can reach your goals.

 

Nutrition:  Everyone’s body is different.  A one size fits all approach does not work. I will help you find the foods that are right for you. I will never tell you that you can’t include a specific food in your diet. However through our work, you may find that there are certain foods that you choose to omit because of how they make you feel. I will help you through the process of finding the diet that makes you look and feel your best.

 

Exercise:  You’re a busy person! You don’t have hours to spend in the gym. We’ll work with different techniques to figure out what techniques work best for your goals and busy lifestyle.

 

Mindset: It’s the critical piece in lasting change. The attitudes that we have towards exercise, food, sleep, our body, and how we interact with the world around us has a vast impact on our long-term health.
